The tech support team, led by David Kaye, has tackled the easy and the difficult in small business computing.  Originally begun when viruses and malware were eating computers alive, we've expanded into a full range of small business technical support.  David has over 20 years experience with computing, specializing in the Windows environment.  Originally a software developer of banking and medical software to assist in human organ transplants, David shifted to technical support in 2002.  David has been leading the company since April 2002 and has extensive experience in Internet security cameras, configuration of audio and video hardware, networks and sub-networks, network security, malware, spyware, and other security breaches, as well as extensive experience in hardware repair.  David is also a licensed radio engineer, qualified to do repair and maintenance on aircraft and ship-to-shore, fixed stations, and transmitters used in international commerce. 

Eli Bird began using Commodore PET and Commodore 64 computers in the early 1980s.  A self-taught programmer, he soon discovered an aptitude for writing billing software for a telephone call center company he owned. From that he went on to building and refurbishing computers.  At one time a radio talkshow host, he wrote software for the Commodore to assist in call screening for talkshows. Prior to computing his background was largely in radio engineering.
